Duties of Board Members:

President: Set up and preside over meetings. Oversee all operations of Preschool, bringing special issues and programs before the Board.

Vice President:
Responsible for registration of all children, including scheduling and posting registration deadlines, answering questions on registration criteria and ensuring entering children meet criteria, and answering all questions regarding program and openings.


Secretary:
Responsible for typing and distributing meeting notes to board members, writing thank you notes or any other correspondence to the public.


Treasurer:
Responsible for collecting tuition and registration fees, paying all debts incurred by the Preschool, preparing financial statements and reporting any necessary information to Church’s council and treasurer.


Council Liaison:
This person should be a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church’s Council and is responsible for bringing all necessary information to the council for input and review.
