Director
Helen Glowacki
Helen has a Masters in Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University. She received a B.A. in Psychology/English at Union College in Schenectady, NY. She was a Kindergarten Teacher for 5 years in Manhattan before moving to Skaneateles. She taught the 4-year-olds at Holy Trinity Preschool for two years before having her son. This is her 2nd year as Director of Holy Trinity Preschool.  She is an active volunteer in her children's schools as well as in her community. Helen resides in Skaneateles with her husband and three children.


Teachers
Mindy Bathgate (4 Year-Old Class)
Mindy has an Associates Degree in Early Education from Cayuga Community College. This is Mindy’s 7th year at Holy Trinity Preschool. She has 15 years of teaching experience at the Skaneateles Early Childhood Center and resides in Skaneateles with her husband and two children.

Kelly Daley (4 Year-Old Class)
Kelly has a B.A. from Rutgers University and a MS in Reading Education from SUNY Cortland. This is Kelly’s 7th year teaching the 4’s at Holy Trinity. She has 11 years of teaching experience. Kelly is an active member of St. Mary’s of the Lake Church where she has taught religious education for the past 10 years. She resides in Skaneateles with her husband and four children.

JoAnna Schmeling (4 Year-Old Classes)
JoAnna has recently moved to Skaneateles with her husband and twins. She is has a CDA (A Child Development Associate Credential is a nationally recognized credential awarded to qualified caregivers who work with children from birth-age 5) through ChildCare Solutions in Syracuse. She has four years experience caring for and teaching young children, one of which was as head 3 year-old teacher in Cicero.  She was Assistant in the 4's and 4's Enrichment classes at Holy Trinity Preschool last year.  She lives with her husband and twin sons in Skaneateles.

Viera Willcox (4's & 5's Enrichment Classes)
Viera has a M.S. of Arts with a concentration in preschool education from the University of Pavol Jozef Safarik in Kosice, Slovakia and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Onondaga Community College. She has 12 years of teaching experience with preschool and kindergarten age children. This is Viera’s third year as the Enrichment teacher for the 4’s and is teaching our first group of 5's Enrichment Kindergartners . Viera resides in Skaneateles with her husband and two children.


Teacher's Assistants
Lori Delasin

Lori  is an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.  She has taught Sunday School at Holy Trinity for the past 15 years and resides in Skaneateles with her husband and 6 children.

Jan Shadle

Jan has a Masters Degree in teaching from Buffalo State.  She taught Sr. High and J. High English for seven years, worked with disabled adults in Auburn, and most recently worked for three years with preschoolers at Merry Playcare in Skaneateles.  Jan lives with her husband in Skaneateles.  Their son, his wife, and grandchildren also live here in Skaneateles.
