Nicole Harvard
Director

Nicole received her B.A. in Sociology with a dual concentration in Childhood and Special Education 1-6 from Le Moyne College.  All three of her children have attended HTP which has allowed her to be an active member of the Preschool as a parent, volunteer, substitute teacher, Board member and Board President. Nicole is entering her 3rd year as director of HTP. Nicole is a lifelong resident and continues to reside in Skaneateles with her husband and three daughters.

 4 Year Old Kindergarten Readiness
4 Year Old Afternoon Enrichment 

 Melissa is retired after practicing medicine for over 20 years. She retired early to spend more time with her family. After realizing she missed having the day to day structure, she joined HTP as an assistant for the 4s in the fall of 2022. In 2024, Melissa moved into the role of head teacher for the 4s kindergarten readiness program. Melissa earned her B.A. in Biology from SUNY Buffalo and her MD from SUNY Health Sciences Center at Syracuse (now Upstate University). She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology through Upstate. She lives in Skaneateles with her husband, 2 children and their newly rescued dog, Benny.

Sidnie D'Amelio

3 Year Old Pre-K Program 
4 Year Old Afternoon Enrichment 

A lifelong resident of Skaneateles, Sidnie is committed to enriching the lives of our young children at Holy Trinity Preschool. She studied Spanish in Spain and Costa Rica, earning a B.A. in Sociology and Spanish from St. Lawrence University, where she was honored with Phi Beta
Kappa recognition. Both of her children have attended Holy Trinity Preschool, deepening her connection to the community. Now in her fifth year at the school, Sidnie creates a nurturing environment that fosters emotional and academic growth. She integrates movement, music, and play into her teaching to make learning a fun and engaging experience.

Hannah Tratt

Hannah Tratt is a dedicated and approachable Teaching Assistant and is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally while furthering her education.
She truly enjoys helping students feel confident, supported, and comfortable in their learning environment. She's passionate about creating a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas, and develop their skills.
She strives to be patient, organized, and supportive while working closely with students and fellow teachers. Her main goal as a Teaching Assistant is to make a positive impact on our students and help make learning a fun, engaging, and rewarding experience for them! 

 Mindy Bathgate

4 Year Old Kindergarten Readiness 

Mindy has an Associates Degree in Early Education from Cayuga Community College.  This is Mindy’s 23rd year at Holy Trinity Preschool.  Prior to joining HTP Mindy worked and taught for 15 years at the Skaneateles Early Childhood Center.  She resides in Skaneateles with her husband and two children.

​Shannon received her B.A. in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining HTP, Shannon was a nanny, helping families in the Skaneateles Area. She loves to watch children learn and grow through play and exploration. Both of her boys have attended HTP and she has a great love and respect for the school. Shannon currently resides in Marcellus with her husband, two children and dog, Thurman.
